Pogo-Hopper is a new rogue minion from the Boomsday Project expansion. Here are cards in standard that takes advantage of Pogo-Hopper's effect:

One obvious deck type that Pogo-Hopper can fit into is the Quest Rogue. The buff from The Caverns Below's Crystal Core is applied first, then the battlecry happens.
